WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO HIRE A CAR?
The minimum age to drive a vehicle with Maven Business Group is 25 years of age. All the drivers must hold a current full Australian Driver Licence held for minimum 24 months.
FOR HOW LONG CAN I RENT A CAR ?
We offer a variety of rental options, including short-term and long-term rentals. You can rent from a few hours up to 11 months with Maven Business Group. With our generous T&C and competitive rates, we can be flexible to accommodate your needs.
HOW CAN I PAY THE RENTAL AMOUNT ?
You will pay when you collect your vehicle. The cardholder must be the renter and present, when collecting the vehicle. Maven Business Group accepted cards for payment include Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The credit or debit card must show your name, signature, card number and other credentials. You must present a physical card.
DO I NEED TO COME TO YOUR LOCATION ?
Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible car rental experience. Thus, we deliver the rental vehicle to the customer’s doorstep and pickup from the same location without any extra charges within Sydney metropolitan area. Conditions apply.
WHAT IS THE EXCESS REDUCTION OPTIONS ?
With the purchase of our basic insurance excess reduction options, enjoy lower excess throughout your trip.
Option 1:
Adding $22 a day reduces your Basic Excess or Damage Liability Fee (DLF) from $4,500 to $1,500 (Drivers Aged 25 And Over). Conditions apply.
Option 2:
Adding $33 a day reduces your Basic Excess or Damage Liability Fee (DLF) from $4,500 to $1,000 (Drivers Aged 25 And Over). Conditions apply.
CAN I RETURN A HIRED CAR TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION ?
No. We pick up the vehicle from the same location where it was delivered at the beginning of the rental period.
WILL I BE CHARGED PER KILOMETRE THAT I DRIVE ?
Unless indicated otherwise at the time of booking, all rentals include unlimited kilometres. If you are booking a particular vehicle or rate which has limited kilometres you will be advised the kilometre allowance included per day and what the cost of additional kilometres is.
HOW OLD ARE YOUR RENTAL CARS ?
All Maven Business Group’s cars are less than three years old with added safety, cleanliness and reliability that you’d expect.
